4. Packing and Handling

4.2. The company is not liable for damages caused by improper packing if the customer opts for self-packing.

5. Liability and Insurance

5.1. While Tanya Packers and Movers ensures the safety of your belongings, we recommend availing of insurance for high-value goods.
5.2. The company’s liability for damage or loss is limited to the declared value of goods unless covered under insurance.

6. Payment Terms

6.1. Full payment must be made before unloading at the destination unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
